reject order Quotation - not allowed to create an order

Hi guys,

If I press the button 'reject document' in a Quotation (VA22) and want after that try to create an order (VA01) with the same Quotation, no message / error is coming up. I want that its not possible to create an order with the Quotation.

How can I do that?

Were you trying with standard document types or customized ? Probably, you need to check your item category and copy control between quotation to sale order.

Dear Gurus,

right now if I try to rejected a Quotation (VA22) and after rejected the quotation I can create a new sales order (VA11) with copied the rejected Quotation without problems. But I want, that if the Quotation is already rejected, it should not possible to create a Sales Order with the Quotation that we have already rejected.

How can I blocked the rejected quotation for using in sales order?
