Oprional Prompt not working when no value is selected

Hi Experts,

I am using Live office connectivity.

I have a optional promt. It is retrieving the records when some value is selected.

But if i dont select any value(as this is an optional prompt) it is not retrieving any records.

I have tried using Not Assigned and # also but those options didnt work in my case.

Pls help me in solving this issue.
