Committed quantity in production order

Can any one explain what is meant by commited quantity in production order and when this get updated and when it wont.

Hi Sowrya,

In Simply we can say that ""when the required stock available then it will get automatically/manually get updated in Committed field with incorporating of ATP check"".

Hi,

This is calculated upon availability check. ATP can be automatic or manual. If it's automatic, the committed quantity field will be populated automatically, otherwise it will be upon manual run.
