ERS PO DELETION

DEAR ALL,

I AM UNABLE TO DELETE THE ERS ACTIVATED PO. IT IS SHOWING THE SATDARD SAP ERROR MESSAGE ME867 AND MEPO000. I CREATED THE PO WITH ACTIVATING ERS AND GR-BASED IV. AFTER THAT I DID GRN . ONCE I REVERSE GRN AND TRIED TO DELETE THE PO IT IS SHOWING THIS ERROR MESSAGE THAT HEADER IS FAULY. I EVEN TRIED DEACTIVATING ERS AND TRIED TO DELEATE . BUT IT IS SHOWING THE SAME ERROR. HENCE REQUESTING YOU TO SUGGEST THE SOLUTION FOR THIS.

Hi Naagsekhar,

Have you run MRRL with the test run for this PO. It that so, please exclude this PO from MRRL Report.

Then try to delete the same.

YA.. I DID TEST RUN AND CAME TO KNOW THAT ERS IS NOT POSTED.. THATS WHY I REVERSED THE GRN . DUE TO URGENCY I CREATED ANOTHER SET OF PO'S FOR THE SAME. NOW I AM STARTING TO DELETE THESE PO'S AND GETTING THIS MESSAGES. MORE OVER THERE IS NO OUTPUT MESSAGE MAINTAINED FOR THIS ERRORS..

Hi,

It is a new functionality added by note 1130944. This error message ME867 is hard coded .The new functionality requires table EKRS to be first cleared for theitem. Please run transaction MRRL for that case.

Please read the note 1294454:

Note 1130944 added a check for values in table EKRS and blocked deletion

of the item if values existed. This note has been removed from the

standard code and a pilot note 1291964 created for customers wanting

this functionality.

This note 1294454 is needed to delete the check for EKRS in releases

between the insertion and removal of the code in the various support

packs.
