Hi all,
There is a requirement from my client that they have to run different actions on the same date. e.g. the employee's pay was changed on the specific date, but it was wrong, so it was revised on the same date. So for this, they need to run Personnel Action for Change in Pay twice on the same date. Or sometimes they have to run 2 different actions on the same date. How to make this work? I tried to run 2 actions on the same date, so the first action entry was deleted and it only saved the 2nd action. Please help.
Thanks in advance.
HI
Try Executing this report. RPUEVSUP in SE38
Also add IT0302 in your authorisations ( PFCG)

Hi saphrfun,
This can be achieved through additional actions. Additional actions are stored in IT0302 and you can then run multiple actions on the same day as long as the employment status does not change. You will see the list of all the actions that were run on the same day at the bottom of IT0000.
The steps to achive this are:
1. In table T77S0, maintain ADMIN EVSUP as '1'. This would activate additonal actions functionality.
2. In actions table T529A, check U302 indicator for the change in pay action. This will be the second column from right. This would mark that action to be logged under additional actions.
3. You should be all set.
Make sure you read the documentation. Also, there are plenty of threads on the forum on this topic.

Hi Donnie,
The settings you suggested are already activated on my system. Still I am not able to run 2 actions on the same day. As per documentation, I also tried to uncheck the indicator U0000 for the actions that do not change the employment status. But the system is throwing error
'Status change allowed for upd.0000 = 'X' only
Diagnosis
The field "Update infotype 0000 when performing an action" U0000 does not have the value 'X'.
For this reason, there is no point in making an entry in the field Status change.
I don't know what does this mean..
