restrict users to create deliveries for perticulr transportation plannin pt

Hi Experts,

I have scenario like , i want to restrict the users of perticular plant say 1000 to create shipments only for deliveries belonging to plant 1000/shipping point 1000.

system should not allow them to create the shipments for deliveries belonging to plant2000 /shipping point 2000 or any other plant.

could please guide in this case if such settings are available in standard SAP ?

Hi

You might want to try this using some Transaction Variant. Use T code SHDO

Or else check with your SAP Authorization Team members (Basis) colleagues if they can create certain role for these users.

Just check if the below link is helpful:

optionally, identify a user exit, which will check the requirement on the triiger of saving and pop-up a error message, if the requirement is not met.

This should be possible with Authorization Objects. Please check with BASIS on this.
