Satellite CCMS reports

Hi All,

I'm working on installation of a Solution Manager EhP1. The client wants to know what reports are available for CCMS reporting for satellite system. Are there reports for the CCMS of satelitte systems through Solution Manager? What documentation would give me this information.

HI,

You can opt for IT service reporting and Service level reports from solution manager for CCMS.

The reports will be based on the KPI's you choose.(Standard ones).
