Error Migrating Object INST_MGMT (IS-U / CCS)

Hi,

During the import process of INST_MGMT for the ACTION = 05 (Billing-Related Removal) the system issues an error message EN 041 which stands for "Work list contains no objects to be processed".

The Installation is created as well the device and equipment number associated, and for the same installation we've done an early action 04 (Billing-Related Installation) and the result is OK.

Can anyone help me regarding this problem ??

Thanks in advance,

JMMatos

JMMatos,

As simple as it sounds: you must check the auto data that is passed to the service function module. If the same device has been installed with an earlier date and in your auto data you point to the same device for a removal, it must work.

Cheers,

Fritz

Hello Fritz,

As you can see bellow, the first file named INST_MGMT06 is used for the install process ( ACTION = 04 ). The next one is for removal process and the differences are only at segment DI_INT for the fields EADAT (200909) and ACTION (05).

JMMatos,

IMHO it should work. Have you tried to run the same file in restart mode? If you still get the same error message, I suggest to open an OSS message in order to analyse the problem in your system.

Cheers,

Fritz
