Dynamic image in email content Hybris

Hi,

How can I personalize images on Hybris Mkt in the emails used for campaigns? For example, in my content I want a cat´s image to be displayed for contacts having a cat and a dog one for contacts with a dog. I consulted this link https://help.sap.com/doc/7e8a3065140949ffa7c5ff4053c3ac7a/1802%20YMKT/en-US/23/1b2755c72aaf25e100000... but it is not clear on how attributes must be tied to a URL link ... I mean, is this possible with any option other than conditions?

Hello Arturo,

you can build the dynamic images using conditions - please refer to the following sample containing conditions based on the gender attribute:

You might need to create a custom attribute containing the 'cat' and 'dog' value used for the condition. Please refer to the following KBA note for further details:

Thanks for your answer. My only question now is: do I have to insert the different images in different blocks, and then, for example, insert a condition just allowing my first image to appear (as in the example you stated) to men... Or can I insert them in one single block?
