Can we run payroll for an employee who has left the organisation?

Yes

Change the Pay roll status thru PU03 and keep the date in Up to feild and process the pay roll

I have a quick question here... IF the employee leaves the compnay his "STAT 2 = 0" which is inactive.

IF you want to run the payroll for this employee we can do so by using IT 0003. What kind of selctions do we need to put-in in order to process his payment.

Hi Akhilesh,

Yes, it is possible to execute payroll for employees who have left the organisation.You can use schema GRET to process thier payroll.

Hi ,

put the last date of the current payroll period in the field Run payroll upto in IT 0003 as told by sikindar,

the payroll will run.
