Hi Experts ,
While doin depot sales here my client wants a requirement.suppose if the user selects the wrong excise ref during depot excise creation j1ij then they want to cancel that and select a new reference but they want it to get updated into rg23d register so is ther any option for updating the same in the depot register.
Regards
Lena
Hi All,
First Selecting the wrong Excise will happen if there are multiple entries for the Same material in the Excise selection which will not happen frequently because if the stock is there they will not buy the material again. In case if there is multiple entries & they have selected the wrong excise they can cancel the it in J1IJ itself with the cancel option. If you cancel it will be again come to the receipt in the material reference.
Eg -
a) Material - ASD145 1000 Excise No - 450005 Issue - 100, 100, 250 Balance - 550
b) Material - ASD145 1500 Excise No - 450007 Issue - 150, 250 & 400 Balance - 700.
If they select Excise No:- 450005 for 200 instead of 450007 & Process it they can cancel Excise No:- 450005 Balance will be 500 after cancellation you can see the balance as 700 again. Now you can process with the Excise No:- 450005 & update the RG23D register.
Check on T.Code :- J1IDEPOTSTOCK1.
Hope this will solve your Problem,
Regards,
Pherasath
