material has to procured against internal order for the purpose of budget

Dear Friends,

I am having an urgne business requirement as material has to be procured as inventory but against internal order budgeting.

I mean at the time of purchase order it should check the budget availibility through internal order but the material procured at the time of grn should go to inventory.

If I give account assignment category F system will ask for the order I had created internal order because there is no need to settlement. If i give statiscal order system will ask for cost center and also the gl will be taken from GBB key not from BSX

Some one please guide me how to handle this scenario to have a budget control with internal orders. I know the process of budgeting through internal order. My problem is how to handle this type of procurement?

hi

if you use internal order, the stock will not be posted to the inventory.
