just fyi,

CNAME is used in setting country Indonesia. In screen view, only 1 field appeared, there is no first name and last name.

In table PA0002, field NACHN = CNAME, while VORNA is blank.

Hi,

CNAME is used for to capture complete name, generally system maintain this data automatically once you input the data for First name and Last name.

first name - test

second name - one

complete name - test one

check if it is maintained in ifotype 0002

if it is not maintained then you need to debug the report and find out to which field this output is mapped

Hi,

As there is no CNAME filed (in dispaly mode) in the Pa30 screen for Infotype 0002. But in the database lavel we have this in Pa0002-CNAME.

So to retrive this value use the logical or select query. Generlly this is store atomatically by concatenating the FIrst & Last name .

So u can read CNAME (If exits) OR First & Last name and concatements those in ur object.

Hi,

Check whether any dynamic action written for field in table v_t588m and check the user exits

as well.

Check the format

SPRO ->Personnel Management -> Personnel Administration -> Personal Data -> Name Format -> Define Name Format

To my knowledge CNAME is not created via name formatting. We wrote a BaDi to fill it. But it seems strange with a standard field that cannot be filled by SAP without coding?
