In IA09 general task list report, functional location and equipment columns are not displaying information about associated functional location and equipment information.

Is there any way to bring this information into here? thanks

Hi,

Those are the equipments and functional locations assigned to operations within the task list. There could be different assignments per operation giving multiple technical objects per single task list.

Anyway, these are not shown on IA09.

Paul, if you see PLPO table, our general task list don't have more than one functional location and equipment assigned to them.

Just to check, is there any way to show them in IA09 t code pls ?. thanks

Hi,

For a general task list these fields are not filled because the task list is not associated to any particular equipment or functional location. In the case of an 'Equipment' task list (type E) the equipment will be displayed. For a 'Functional location' task list (type T) the functional location will be shown on IA09.

Paul, Thanks for your reply on this, do you know any enhancement point in IA09 so that we can make IA09 to display equipment and functional location?

Since our business wanted to see this information, we need to bring equipment and functional location information into IA09?

Thanks

Hi,

I'm not clear where you are going to get a functional location or equipment for any particular taks list. A general task list could be assigned to various maintenance plans or order with multiple different technical objects.
