EasyDMS 7 - Error in search / find function

Hi Folks,

When I click the "find document" button EasyDMS 7 the find dialog box does not display the classification and object links tabs. It also does not show a drop down for document type. Once I enter a search term and click OK, I get the following 2 error prompts.

1. Function BAPI_DOCUMENT_GETMULTIDETAIL does not exist!

2. Unspecified error

Wondering if anybody else bumped into the same issue. My version is 7.0.3.1: (Unicode)

hello,

reset the rfc cache once using preferences and log off and restart easydms.

this shuld fix the issue..

Hi,

There was a bug in earlier versions of easydms that if you rest rfc cache from the "traces' dialog box, the reset was not proper. In that case you need to reset from "preferences". This is fixed with current sp's of easydms. hope this helps!

I tried SP4. Same Problem. I even tried EasyDMS 6.0 SP14 same problem here too. EDM 6.0 SP11 works fine... .

that is really weird...i cant think of other options now...resetting rfc shud clear all these calls..not sure why its not working ..

I have the same problem, but resetting the buffer does not take any effekt. Any other suggestion?

hi,

first upgrade to the latest version of edms 7.0 sp4..

logon - reset the rfc cache- it will initialize the cache again..

plz try this and let me know the results.

In Distribution Center available only EasyDMS 7 sp03 p1, no SP4...
