Confirmation of all the operations of an order at once

Dear gurus,

When i am going for order confirmation in IW42 i ve to fill in the end time and dates of all the operations in the order. Is it possible to obtain the status of conbfirmed in the order by just filling in the first and last activity of the order? Otherwise it becomes a tedious job of filling in each operation of order for confirmation.

I think using short cuts will dilute the very purpose of this functionality.

If you want the same start - end time for all operation why do you need to mention all the individual operations in the order in the first place? Instead, you can mention, for example, just a single operation like '100 hrly routine of diesel generator' in the order and confirm with IW41 mentioning the sum of all actual duration of activities (580 H).

Mark in transaction OIOR "Propose dates", then you don't have to fill these fields. Work time and work duration are independent from these values.

Hi Abhishek,

Use IW44. In the first line give the Order no. Start execution date & end execution date. this will get populated in the bottom screen. Now just give the operation no. in the bottom rows.
