Disable final entry sheet indicator in SES

Hello everybody,

I want to disable final entry sheet indicator (ESSR-FINAL) for the users and want to give its authorisation to some specific persons because many users set it by mistake and after that no ses is possible for the particular PO line item. In that case we have to amend the PO. Please suggest any solution for the same.

Hi ,

It is not recommended to hide the final entry sheet icone .So i recommend it should be control either by user authorization ,i.e. Give specific user authorization to change the final entry sheet status.

But best way is to use the Release procedure for service entry sheet.This is the best way to control the changes happened in service entry sheet after released.

It is not recommended to hide the final entry sheet icone as the delivery completed indicator in the purchase order (EKPO-ELIKZ) is by default hidden ON PURPOSE for service items,

so that the control is not performed in the purchase order, but indirectly via the final entry sheet indicator in the respective entry sheet.

Please read the note 735404.

Instead of that better to use Release process for SES
