SAP BPC migration from 10.0 classic(Non HANA DB) to 10.1 on HANA

Hello Team,

I would like to migrate SAP BPC from 10.0 (Non- HANA DB) to 10.1 on HANA DB. Below are the current landscape details:

BW - 7.3 SP12(Not on HANA)

BPC - 800 SP12(Not on HANA).

Landscape after migration:

BW - 7.5 on HANA

BPC - 10.1 on HANA

Guide me through the sequential steps that needs to be followed to carry out the migration process.
