One of the firefighter controller facing issue while approving one of work item. Controller is getting an error as " 500 SAP Internal Server Error" Error" Der Open SQL Command is too big.(terminate: RABAX_STATE). Controller was able to approve other items in their inbox except for one. Did anyone face this similar issue before? If so, please let me know what can be done.
Yes. The user has performed an activity in the background which involved huge amount of data. I know that should not be done using FFID but it happened.
