Hello Experts, We have recently upgraded BPC from 10.0 NW to 10.1 NW (Standard). While logging into the new webclient, I am facing an unknown error popup. It shows HTML code and at the last displays "The logon attempt failed; contact your administrator" and gets stuck. I have started all the service from SICF t-code and the URL is correct.
Current system details:-
BW - 740 SP18
BPC - 810 SP13
SAP_UI - 750 SP12
POASBC - 100_731 SP05
Can anyone help on this

Please check again all steps in the upgrade guide. Something was done incorrectly or skipped.

Also, as you mention that this issue occurred after upgrade, please follow the instructions in SAP Note 2385013 and follow the resolution to see if the issue is with out of date cache:
