Mass creation of activities

I am searching for a screen to mass creation of activities without using of campaign managment.

Where can I found this screen in CRM 2007 WEB Gui?

Could you clarify your process ? Because there are many ways to create mass activities in CRM

1) External List Management :

4) Marketing campaign (but this one you don't want to use it as far as I understand...)

This report looks like a test program... quite sure you won't find it in WebUI, sorry.

The best you can do is probably using the transaction launcher to call CRMD_1O_MC transaction from the navigation bar.
