SAP Authorization restricted on specefic users

Hello,

i want to ask about how can i assigned authorization to user and restrict this authorization to specific users .

Example :
tcode SM20 to be assigned to FICO consultant and restrict this access
to all users on financial department only.

so fico consultant will be able to see only financial users only and denied to see any other .

Hi Mohammed,

yes on user level we cannot restrict for object S_ADMI_FCD for t-code SM20 because it is for system admin access.

Hi Mohamed,

unfortunately, the object (S_ADMI_FCD) that protects SM20 does not allow for restriction on a user level.
