Can a single aDSO in BW Production be restored from Production Copy?

Hi,

There is aDSO in BW Production for which data was deleted accidentally. As of now the data is not available in Source and in PSA.

Is there a possibility of getting data from Production copy? Is there an option in Basis just to restore single DSO (or atleast a copy of it) from the BW Production copy to BW prod system

How did anyone accidentally delete the contents of an ADSO, and there be no way to rebuild the data from source? Sounds like a bit of bad design going on somewhere - and a poor authorisation concept!

Use Prod-copy as a datasource and load into prod from it. Safest way. All Basis have to do is setup the connection.
