Can any one guide me for the procedure to cancel Part2 entries so that entry shud be disappeared from RG register also.

Hi,
For Cancellation of Part 2 u need to do the cancellation of Material Document i.e GRN and then J1IEX - Post the excise invoice again and cancel.
Check Part 2 register J2I9 for reversal entry. It will not disappear from Part 2 register.

If u have QM active. After UD is done, it is not possible to reverse the excise postings. You need o implement Exit to achive the me.

Hi Sarang,
You can cancel the part II entries using J1IEX trns code select cancel and enter the internal Excise invoice number which has been generated while capturing and post it your Part II entries will be cancelled.

The entries in RG register cannot disaapeared .
Work Around :
1) U can show the revcerse effect at debit side through Excise JV.
2) U can correct the table entries.
