SAP Fiori Launchpad: Tile unit number translation

Is there a way to translate the number unit of a Fiori launchpad tile?

Where can someone find this object and translate it?

The Pending Items text shown on the bottom of the My Inbox tile is not the number unit, it is the Information. This text is translatable. Number Unit is shown on KPI tiles which show some monetary value like 2.5M USD (here, USD is the number unit which is not translatable).

Check the property Information of your tile in the launchpad designer. This property should hold the text shown at the bottom of the tile. You should be able to translate it by maintaining the corresponding text(s) in target language in SE63 in the WDY_CONF_USERT2 table.
