Lets take Your Example....
Inspection Charecteristics 1 - sampling procedure A ( Fixed sample ):-->for this char sample size will be determained by fixed sampling say u have maintained 10 Ns
Inspection Charecteristics 2 - sampling procedure B ( 100 % Sample ) --->for this char sample size will be 100% ie equal to lot size.
lets consider you have 2 more char as
Inspection Charecteristics 3-->sample size is 20 as per sampling procedure.
Inspection Charecteristics 4-->say sample size is 40 as per sampling procedure
Now the sample size of char 1,2,3,4 are (for lot size 100) -
>10,100,20,40(respectively)
So Overall sample size of lot is maximum of char 1,2,3,4 ie 100
so sample size is 100.
Now one more imp thing...
If any of the char is skipped(char based DMR) then sample size is ZERO
if Char is Not required then sample size is ZERO

Just some addition for this
In the routing you will be having set of inspection characteristics, based on the sampling procedures maintained for the the insp characteristics, each character will be inspected based upon it's own sampling size . so every characteristic will be checked in a different lot size( it's own relevant).
