Test e-mail is not working from WorkCenter Sales Campaign

Dear support,

Test e-mail is not working from WorkCenter Sales Campaign -> Content -> GDPR4 Template -> Actions -> Send Test e-mail

For this test proof I am trying with the generic e-mail of C4C ,

DoNotReply@myXXXXXX.mail.crm.ondemand.com

And customer is 1032935 whose e-mail is my personal e-mail

The e-mail has never been received to my outlook.

NOTE: Configurations in e-mail and fax settings done:

Hello Nacho,

In order to execute mass email you need to activate the mass email functionality.

You can refer the Blog: All About Mass Email Functionality- for Cloud for Customer & Business ByDesign.

Once the activation is done, you can perform the testing from your end.

To see weather the functionality is working or not follow the below steps:

  1. Login to the tenant for which activation is done.
  2. Go to Sales Campaign work center.
  3. Go to Content.
  4. Create Email template and activate it accordingly.
  5. Once you activate the template, Go to Actions and Send Test Email.As shown below:

Hi Nacho,

If you are using Sales Campaign feature, then Mass email activation has to be performed before sending test e-mail

If you have not done then this might be the reason that the functionality is not working.

For this to work you will have to set up the DKIM Key of the Sub-Domain in your DNS, please contact your IT Team for the same.

Also please perform the following the steps:

1)Read the Documentation for Activation of Mass E-Mail:

Follow the path given below:

- Open BUSINESS CONFIGURATION
- Open E-MAIL AND FAX SETTINGS
- Select Read Documentation for Activation of Mass E-Mail

Please read the detailed documentation about the activation of mass e-mail.

2) Kindly make sure that the subdomain is maintained in the below path

- Open BUSINESS CONFIGURATION
- Open E-MAIL AND FAX SETTINGS
- Select ACTIVATION OF MASS E-MAIL

Add the Sub-domain for which you wish to activate Mass E-mail

3) Finally check if the DKIM Key is valid from the link http://dkimcore.org/c/keycheck

In Selector please enter "Mailing"
In domain enter the "Sub-domain" name and click on check

Once done please create an incident to SAP Support with the answers for the below
questions

•For which mailing type: Alarm, news or update?

•Are the recipients customers, partners or interested people?

•How many e-mails do you plan to send per month?

•How many e-mails do you plan to send at a time?

Hi Nacho,

Have you also maintained the domain of your email address in the E-Mail and Fax Settings? It is not in Activation of Mass Emails, but rather the first activity in your screenshot.
