Go Global is not an official supported remote connection tool. You would better try other two official ways. I recommend Terminal Server since it is cost effective.

hi giridharan,

Check SAP B1 Setup and Sizing guide for citrix technical configurations.

Increase RAM speed in citrix server & also increase internet bandwidth if possible,

Hope this may solve your problem.

If you have problem with connection to printer from time to time, you would better install a PDF writer to get rid of this error.

Thanks,

Hi Gordon

As u said already i am installed PDF writer and i am taking the Print through this only.

Actually i am accesing the server through VPN and GOGlobal. Also i tried directly to server through VNC also. but facing same problem.
