Dear guys,
I need your help.
A user has troubles with the "print view" button in the transaction ME22N (see attachement "Screenshot 1").
When the user klicks on the "print view" button he has the possibility to see, print and save a PDF order confirmation in principle.
The problem is that it seems like he has no authorization to print or save the PDF (see attachement "Screenshot 2").
As you can see, the print and save button are grey which means that the user is not able to use the functionality to print or save.
We already tried to execute the transaction SU53 to see if some permissions are missing but SU53 says that the last authorization check was sucessful...
I am not sure if the problem is a SAP problem or if we talking about some Acrobat Reader problems or something.
But in my opinion it is more likely not a SAP problem since the error message in the attachement "Screenshot 2" is in German (but my SAP language is English).
Any ideas what could be the problem?
