Very strange problem with SE24

Hello Guys, I have a very strange problem.

In DEV: when entering the transaction se24 and choose any class can see their methods.

In QAS: to enter the same class, the Method tab is empty.

I have sap_all in dev y qas.

This applies to all classes in QAS.

Someone has gone through the same?
