Our WBS has the status REL BUDG AVAC. When running CAT7, we get error
I BP 622 Availability control:
E BP 603 Item 001 WBS element 2017-PC-01 budget exceeded.
Is there a way to get this message in CAT2 when users are entering their time rather than CAT7? We would like to let the user know that they can't charge time anymore because the budget ran out.
