costing error-in ck11n

Dear experts

While running the ck11n, system is issuing error like ,No control record for Activity type BP01/A02CA1003/DL2001 in version 000 / 2009 activity planning/qty planning, Please advise how to solve.

Dear Raja karthik,

Check whether is the activity rates maintained properly for the activity type and cost center combination

in KP26 for the mentioned period.

Hi,

Activity types describe the activity produced by a cost center and are measured in units of time or quantity.

In activity type planning, control data determines whether the activity price for evaluation of the activity type is manually set or is derived iteratively through activity price calculation.

You need to define activity type in Workcenter in CR01 / CR02 in Costing Tab.

Dear,

Maintain the activity type by using transaction KP26.

Menu path: Accounting>Controlling>Cost center accounting >Planning>Activity OutputPrice> Change

In the first selection screen, choose the period and fiscal year, then you must enter the activity types from & to. Also if you need to change the activity price, you can enter by clicking the overview icon in the top.

Re-run the cost esrimate after the changes in KP26
