Russia Legal form in Russia

Hi

I have a problem with the legal form M4 for documenting the goods receipt in Russia.

It will not fill in all required information correct. When we ask the business about what has to be in the different fields we get different answers?

Do anyone know if there is an official site(english speaking) where I can find information about the forms and the legally correct content?

We are running on ECC 60 with the latest support stack and no enhancement packages using adobe interactvie forms.
