Problem with Bex Broadcaster EMail for HTML and XML (MS Excel)

Hi,

I am running a query in BEx Boardcast EMail for HTML and XML.

For HTML Execution of Broadcast setting is in green status,but we did not recived any mail.

For XML (MS Excel) i have recived mail but i am unable read the excel file.

Please help to solve this problem.

Please check the send job in transaction SOST and SCOT.

Check the job which is responsible for deliverying HTML docs.

i hope SAPCONNECT ALL SEND is the job which you have scheduled to deliver this HTML job.
