RFC callback call rejected by whitelist when clicking layout button in creating a new screen

When a new screen is created and layout button is clicked, the following error is occured as in attached file. Please guide me how to solve it.

Hello

This problem correlated to RFC security

most be change parameter of callback security method ,

in "RZ11" tcode enter this parameter "rfc/callback_security_method" and hit F8

and in the next screen change that value to "0"

the behavior of value is mentioned at below

Value 0: Emergency fallback mode: All whitelists are ignored.

Value 1: Compatibility mode (default value): Only callbacks prohibited by active whitelists are rejected.

Value 2: Simulation mode: Only callbacks prohibited by active whitelists are rejected.
Callbacks prohibited by non-active whitelists are allowed, but logged in SAL.

Value 3: Most secure mode: Callbacks prohibited by active or non-active whitelists are rejected.
