Lock infotypes report

Hi pepole,

can you give me some advise:

My client wants to use asymmetrival Double verification on infotype 0014 and 0015.

I have customed the role for that and everything works fine, but my question is, is there any report or query which can show the boss which infotypes or data in infotypes are locked so he can unlock it at the end of the month.

I have tried to get this report with ad hoc query by field P0015-SPRPS (lock indicator for HR masterdata record) and select this field to be not equal to Zero and when I press Hit List it shows me Personnel numbers who has some lock data in that infotype but when I choose output in that fields it shows me nothing with message: Diagnosis

When executing a query on the selection screen, no data was found for the criteria you entered. Therefore, no list could be generated.

It is probably when infotype is locked there is no data in SPRPS field.

Can you please help me how to see lock data in infotype?

Hi people,

I have spent whole day testing asymmetrical and simmetrical double verification and it only works on infotypes 0008,0014,0015 and 0027 automaticaly...

For exemple, to one user i gave E,R,M to create and lock all infotypes and when the user tried to create new adress in infotype 6 it didn't lock automatically but when the user created some data on infotype 0015 it created lock record automatically,

Second issue I have with double verification is that in pa30 it is possible to create data and in pa70 user dont have rights to do the same thing.

I don't know do you have this kind of problem?

Hi,

please use transaction PA70 and activate the field "locked records only".

Hereby the user is able to unlock, modify ecc. the items.

The tcode PA70 activates the locked one.
