KM content migration using ICE online

Hi Experts i am using ICE online to migrate KM content.In this process

I navigated to the syndicator and created an offer.and specified the offer component and the delivery method.

From the subscriber i navigated to regisered syndicators and gave the user details and selected the catalog offers from Get catalog and specified the destination,

but it was displaying a message saying "there may be hidden folders do you want to continue."

I selected yes.But it was displaying internal error.

Can anyone explain this stange behaviour.Please suggest so that i can proceed

Hi Chandana,

can you please be more specific regarding the internal error that you received?

Also, can you check the defaultTrace.trc for additional information on the error?

If yes, why not putting it on the Wiki so that everyone can access it?

Hi Robert

In registered syndicators of my destination server i gave the user credentials,and selected an offer.After i select the delivery method and click OK.

A Warning message is displayed which states that

"Destination folder is not empty(there may be hidden folders).Content might be overwritten.Are you sure you want to continue?

I selected OK button after which its giving me a message saying "Internal error and is not in detail.

Please suggest how to proceed
