How can we distinguish the forms between Sales and Service Quote?

I have tried to create an email template which is used for both Sales and Service quote (since their form is the same), but I can't get one common processor as a placeholder in the email templates, because the xml-tags aren't the same.

The one for Sales is:

[FormQuote-EmployeeResponsibleParty-FormAddress-FormattedName].
The one for Service quote is:
[FormQuote-ProcessorParty-FormAddress-FormattedName]

I also see that there is no name of a processor in the default email text for the Dutch version for example, probably for the same reason.

How can I fix this / how can SAP fix this for me?

We are checking here the e-mail templates you have mentioned. And we will internally discuss it.

However, it seems to be a new requirement. A template for Sales Quote and another to Service Quote. I'll come back to you with further information.

I am not necessarily looking for a way to have different forms for Sales and Service Quotes, but I want to have a common XML-Tag I can use as a placeholder for the processor name, phone number and email address. I hope you can help me out here.
