repeated BexQ prompts in Live Office

Hi,

We have a Crystal Report which gets data from 4 BexQueries. When we through Live Office want to import this data in Xcelsius 2008 we get the BW prompts coming back over and over again no matter what you fill in in the prompt values. So what I'm trying to say is that when I refresh the excel document with the crystal report data, that I have imported through Live office, I get the prompts but the same prompts come back all the time. When we get the prompts in Crystal Report we don't have this issue. We fill in the prompts like needed and then the data is coming in perfectly.

We have also tried to tie the prompt values to ranges in the excel sheet but it doesn't work.

Does anyone have an answer to this question?
