Error While Connecting to license server ; contact your system administrator

Hi Experts

SAP 9.2 PL07 : running in proper way on system when i connect via lan

i had connected my system with vpn, and it fine pinging with my server

i am able to see the DB with company names in choose company list.

Now when i put user name and password and click login it gives me an error " Error while connecting to license server; contact your system administrator"

i installed SQL native client as well on end user machine and m able to ping the SQL server with IP and vice versa.

In my SLD i have server name as well IP address of server.

Please suggest what to do now. ?

Right Click on SAP b1 icon and run as administrator and check windows firewall or antivirus which is bloking

Si el cliente da el error ''Error al conectarme al servidor de licencias; póngase en contacto con el administrador del sistema".

1. vamos a hacerle ping al nombre del servidor de licencia y hacerle ping a la IP del servidor de licencia.

Si no responde el ping por el nombre del host debemos ingresar a la ruta:

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts , en el archivo hosts agregar la ip y nombre de servidor asi

# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.

#127.0.0.1 localhost

#::1 localhost

Ejemplo:

192.168.0.1 HOSTNAME

HOSTAME 192.168.0.1
