Repeat delta for 0CUSTOMER_ATTR

Hi Experts,

Last delta incorrect. A repeat must be requested. This is not possible. Entire chain now has status 'R' for 0customer_ATTR

Please help me out on above issue.

Hi Ramesh

Open the Monitor Infopackage

Go to Transfreed and added Infopackage

Right click on Transferred Records click on 'Set to New'

and then repeat the infopackage

Not an issue. right click at the traffic light where 0 from 0 records appearing an option 'set to new' will appear

click on same and then execute the IP

Hi Ramesh,

From the attribute data source(0customer_ATTR), can you delete the last delta(click on the line which has a red sign and delete it). Then run the delta info package by hand. Check if your re-initiation of delta is finishing with green. when you maintain it green, go back to process chain and re-run the red step to make the process chain finalize without any error.

i have deleted the bad request from the target 0customer and also deleted the bad request from the data source 0customer_attr. when i'm repeating the delta again i'm getting the below pop-up message.

please help me out.

Hi Ramesh,

Best way is re-init. Since this is characteristic attribute source, Clear data source and re-init, then run delta dtp for this newly created init. It should work without a problem.

Hi Ramesh,

Some dataSources do not support the repeat delta functionality (due to their delta type). You have to reinitialize the 0CUSTOMER_ATTR data flow.

Error message from the source system Diagnosis An error occurred in the source system. System Response Caller 09 contains an error message. Further analysis: The error occurred in Service API . Refer to the error message. Procedure How you remove the error depends on the error message. Note If the source system is a Client Workstation, then it is possible that the file that you wanted to load was being edited at the time of the data request. Make sure that the file is in the specified directory, that it is not being processed at the moment, and restart the request.
