Number of characters in customer master that can be replicated from ECC to C4C

Hi,

In ECC we have customers with more than 10 characters in field length but standard replication using HCI iflow is not allowing us to replicate more than 10 characters.

Can anyone suggest anything of how to resolve this?

Hi Subhasish,

currently C4C strictly follows maximum length of 10 characters, and this is across multiple objects like Account, Contacts etc. Hence it wouldn't be ideal to change this behavior based upon a single request.

Hence it is suggested you to kindly post it in Idea's Forum or you could use an extension field to suffice your specific requirement.
