XL Reporter Security Settings Prohibit XL Reporter from Running

Hi,

I cant generate from my XL Reporter, i have already installed the add-on XL Reporter, when I try to save/generate an error message appeared " Security Settings In Microsoft Excel Prohibit XL Reporter from Running"

My SBO1 Version is 2005A, SP: 01, PL: 42, and using Microsoft Office 2003, I have already set my macro Settings to Medium and tried Low but it fails.

I can anyone please guide me.

I had this experience and even i set the macro security setting to low and set Trust Access to VB Projects. It didn't work until I right clicked the SAP Business One, set to run as windows XP and run as Administrator. Hope it helps.

Hi Clint,

You also need to check Trust Access to VB Projects under security - Trusted Publisher.

So thats what I Im missing, Its running now. By the way do have a link for XL Reporter tutorial and advantages of it and why do i use the XL Reporter instead of Query Generator.
