Is it possible to perform a sales return at CCO for an A/R Invoice created directly in SAP Business One?

thank you for your question. In SAP Customer Checkout standard this option is not possible.

We will take the idea into our backlog list and probably it will be developed in one of the next releases, but this is not decided yet and we can't confirm that it will really come
