Lumira Discovery desktop issue after patch upgrade

Dear All,

I am using Lumira 2.1(SP1).There was a patch upgrade in the lumira server and after that the client tool Lumira Discovery does no open up.I could see the below screen since 1 hours.This is happening with all the users after the patch upgrade.Can anyone please suggest what should i do now to investigate this issue.

    check attached SAP note.
