How to create variant management without using the smart controls in SAPUI5/SAP FIORI

Hello,

I am a newbie to SAP FIORI,

I have a requirement to create some variant management of custom filters without using the smart controls like smart filters and smart tables. Now I am using sap.ui.table.table control to show the data in the table.

And I don't know how to implement the variant without smart controls, can anyone share some code snippet.
