RFQ Quotation deadline date

While creating RFQ, RFQ document date is today and entering the quotation deadline which is in the past, but the system is giving a warning message and is accepting, which is not valid, means quotation deadline date cannot be in past in realtime, what does it mean, why is that accepting

Hi,

This is the flexiblity of the system so as to accomodate any such requirement if one wanted to capture the case if so happened. However you can prevent it by changing the message no.06065 from warning to Error in the Environment data of Purchasing menu in spro.
