Leaves without any Quota

Hi All!

I have already configured leaves that have quota, for example Annual Leaves. Its working fine. Now I am trying to configure leaves that do not have any quota, example is Leave With-out Pay has no quota. I have created the leave type but when I try to mark this leave in 2001 it gives me the following error.

u201CNot enough quota for attendance/absence LWOP on 13.07.2008 for personnel no. 00000003u201D

Why is it checking quota for this leave as it is a non quota leave??? How do I tell system that itu2019s a non quota leave???

Under time entry screen and time constraints node, set screen number as 2000 instead of 2001

Hi Ahsan

Go to the table V_554S_O and double click the leave types and then change the screen number from 2001 to 2000.

Then goto table V_554S_Q and double click the leave and clear QUOTA DEDUCTION tab.
