Object info Key

Can any one give me idea about object info key, theoritically i had idea abt it, but when i was tried its not coming out, could any one do the needful for me.

Hi,

Object Information Key (OIK):

Whenever u try to create an Order or Notification With Reference to certain Reference Object (Eg Functional Location,Equipment), OIK shows all the details for that reference object(Eg No of Breakdowns Reported, contracts, structureLive Notifications/Orders if any,Superior Object..)

It is information to the user that the reference object used has some details that can be considered.

Hi,

Information concerning the reference object of the notification or the order as well as notification or the order can be desplayed.

Object information control key controls:

1) automatic display of object information.

2) Reference to object information

3) Number of days in past to search for PMIS infor and notifications

4) The display of characterstics for the reference object.

SAP Menu->Tools->customizing->IMG->Execution project->Plant Maintenance and Customer Service->Maintenance and Service Processing >Maintenance and Service Notifications->Notification Processing-> Object information-->Define Object Information Keys

The automatially indictor is set, the system automaticaklly displays the object information in the notification as soon as the reference object is entered or changed.
