Hi,
Guys
I Have any issue related to PP-PI order variance & there settlement.
i have four order A,B,C,D,of different material order A,B,C are of halb material where as D order is of fert material.order D consume C order C consume B & B consume A material.order B,C,D are fix order of 500 mt.Order A fix order of 1380 mt. order B & C are approximate qty order & final order D is a real known qty order. so when i confirm order D then that order of 500 tons which is order qty actually finds 490 (case 1) or 510 qty(case 2). this is happening daily so at the month end i get hugh difference for what i produced & consumed across the materials. ( order B,C,D,are with batch mgmt).
How to do month end balancing of thsese orders ? is there any process for this?
With Best Regards,
Kareena
Hi,
First you check the is there any autoGR is there if so check the conformation qty.
And check overdelever and underdelivery qtys.
At period end it is very difficult to adject the qtys. and check the fixed lots.
Thaks and regards

Hi,
You should follow following steps for Order Settlement :
After completion of Order follow the below mentioned steps for order settlement.
1.Calculate Overheads using Tcode : KGI2 - Individual Processing
CO43 - Collective Processing
4.Calculate WIP using Tcode : KKAX - Individual Processing
KKAO - Collective Processing
5.Calculate Variance by using Tcode : KKS2 - Individual Processing
KKS1 - Collective Processing
6.Finally do the settlement of Order in Tcode : KO88 - Individual Processing
CO88 - Collective Processing
Hope this helps.
Revert if any doubt and reward points if useful,.

Tejas
